Tuesday - Ranch Tour

Today's student blogger is Jacob:

We woke up, had a breakfast which consisted of cold cereal, orange juice, rolls, and fruit such as bananas and grapes. Then we got a tour of the facility. We got to see a group of buffalo, which was cool. Then we cleaned up horse pens, washed out buckets and watered them. We then picked rocks out of the arena so the horses don't injure themselves. We also pulled weeds along the side of the arena.

Then, because of the heat, we rested the rest of the day. At night we had Bible stdy and we went to sleep with a hope of cooler temps and for time to not take as long.

Greetings,

What a sweet thing. I could use a mission trip these days.

I am excited for your trip. May God continue to bless you as you journey together in Christ.

Hi Minnesotans! Just in case you are wondering, we have had some beautiful weather here, 80 degrees with nice breezes. Pastor Kirk - Pastor Eunice was wondering if the worship service during the fair is a sure thing. If so, she is working on Garfield's July/August newsletter and would like to include that. Tony is doing great -check-up on the 30th. Enjoy your weekend at the ocean and remember, I like shells. - Deb

Hey Campers, a big thank you to Carmen for letting Matt H. "phone home" on her cell. We enjoyed hearing that he was enjoying himself, although so tired from ALL the work. A heads up, there should be a package arriving soon, thought you may need a Madison pick me up, so Mom, Pam and I sent off treat. Charlotte pitched in too. Take care, we love hearing from you, good job Pastor B. and by the way your kits are doing well, Russell and I are becoming good friends. Pat
