Saturday - Seaworld

The students were so busy at Seaworld today that none of them have had time to write any blog entries. I'll just leave you a quick post to let you know tat it was wild, wooly, and WET (we sat within the "Soak Zone" of the Shamu show and got thoroughly drenched).

Sunday we'll be getting up early to have worshp on the beach (about 3 blocks away). After spending the day on the beach, we'll head back to our campsite.

We'll undoubtedly get back to a more regular schedule of blog postings on Monday.

Hello from Minnesota, where it's beautiful and 70-80's. Summer is finally here. Good to read all those blog comments. Snakes, oh no. How about fires...I've been hearing on the news about California fires but maybe they're north of you....

Pastor Barbara, we had a bird in church today. It somehow got in when the doors were open and flew throughout the service. We enjoyed Pastor McKewin's message on love. I imagine church on the beach was pretty awesome!

Keep the comments coming. Enjoy them.

Hey guys, it's beautiful here, and I imagine you are experiencing some real beauty there also. Sounds like you had fun at Sea World, today should be nice too. I hope Matt remembers to bring home sand and ocean water from where your service was at, to add to our collection. He may want to put the water bottle in a plastic bag and he needs to put it in his checked luggage when he comes home. Tell him to close the lid as tight as he can, it's amazing what air pressure can do. I'll be watching for more pictures, take care, and keep working for God. Pat

Hi happy travelers! Hope you had a GREAT weekend at play and a wonderful experience worshiping beside the ocean!! Nothing new back here. In Duluth a 27 year-old Kenyan won Grandma's Marathon last weekend with a time of 2:13:39. Be safe and enjoy these last days in California. - Deb
